📌 Important: Teacher Sub Hub does not collect or store teacher banking details for payment purposes. Teachers provide banking details directly on invoices they generate and send to schools. All payments are made directly between schools and teachers — Teacher Sub Hub is not a party to those transactions.

We will never share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Teachers upload sensitive documents to Teacher Sub Hub, including CVs, SACE registration certificates, and police clearance certificates. We take the security of these documents seriously:
🛡️ Police clearance certificates are particularly sensitive. They are flagged as optional on our platform and are only shown to schools as a trust indicator. Teacher Sub Hub does not use them for any background-check service or share them with any third party.
School subscriptions: Schools pay a monthly subscription fee to Teacher Sub Hub. If paying by card, card details are entered directly into our secure payment gateway placeholder — specify provider e.g. Peach Payments, PayFast and are never stored on Teacher Sub Hub servers.
Teacher payments: Teacher Sub Hub does not facilitate, process, or hold payments between schools and teachers. Teachers are paid directly by schools via EFT, based on invoices generated through the platform. Teacher Sub Hub is not a party to these transactions and does not store teacher banking details.
